Forbes House provides a comprehensive shelter program for victims of domestic violence (DV).  Using trauma informed care practices, their staff made  program changes that allow advocates and guests to create a mutually respectful relationship to foster growth, healing and success for the survivors of domestic violence.

The Coalition and the City of Painesville are joining forces to sponsor a Carnival of Choices as a fun way to help area residents learn more about fair housing best practices, affordable housing and other services in Lake County.  The Carnival will take place on Friday, June 21, 2013.
