Lake Geauga Recovery Centers

Lake Geauga Recovery Centers

Our Mission: Provide superior prevention, outpatient and residential services to

individuals and families affected by alcoholism, substance abuse or mental health concerns, regardless of ability to pay and consistent with 12-Step programs.

What We Offer: A wide range of services for persons whose lives are, or have been, affected by their own or another's use of alcohol or other drugs.  In our various counseling programs, we serve about 1,500 people each year.  Our mission is focused on the recovery of individuals directly and indirectly affected by alcoholism, drug abuse, and co-occurring mental health issues.   Our goal is to help people achieve long-term sobriety and an improved quality of life.

Our Staff: LGRC offers expert support to individuals, families, businesses, other service providers, and the community at large.  Many staff members have personal experience, whether it is themselves or a loved one, with addiction, mental illness and recovery, and therefore approach their work with a tireless dedication and tremendous passion.  Also, many staff members are independently-licensed chemical dependency counselors and/or mental health professionals with a specialty in substance abuse.

Our Services: Assessment, Drug Testing, Group & Individual Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling, Dual Diagnosis Counseling, Men’s & Women’s Residential Treatment, Family Programs, Education Program, Mike Link 72-hour Driver Intervention Program, Prevention, and Drug-Free Safety Program.

Our Funders: LGRC services are made possible due to the generous support of the Lake County ADAMHS Board, Geauga County Board of Mental Health & Recovery Services, and the United Way Services of Lake & Geauga Counties.
